He was tagged as a “bit of tweener” for a National Footlbal League defense lineman. Although he doesn’t have the needed bulk as an interior lineman in a 3-4 or the ideal height to play in a 3-4 scheme still he has the deceptive power to guard and protect the pocket as a pass rusher considering his quick hands.

The 22 year old Hawaii born Tyson Alaulu is the new acquisition of the Jackson Jaguars in the 10th over all pick in 2010 NFL draft. He started his football career in highschool at St Louis and at University of California, Berkley for his college days. Now he will be conitnuing his professional football career as Jacksonville Jaguars defense lineman.

Alaulu can play in any position on the defensive line and will surely add aggressiveness to defense that is needed and lacking from the team. The Jaguars had gotten off their lack in quarterback sacks last Seeason 14. With the coming of their new gained like Aluala and Aaron Kampman, the team had been enlightened and is hopeful that they will improve and will be ahelp in making the team hit this coming season.
